Somehow, you got stuck on autopilot, chaos reigns, there's random warning lights flashing and somewhere in the background the Minecraft theme is constantly playing?!? Then Stable Lives was created for you!
Take a breath, lean in to nature, open yourself to new skills and find some clarity amidst the chaos.
About Me
Hi, I'm Nicola
Amongst the whirlwind of teaching teenagers, parenting neurodivergent kids and clutching the last shreds of my sanity, I discovered the calm of horses. It changed my life. Now, I've swapped from teaching teens to partnering with parents who feel like they are "in the trenches" and need a hand (and a friendly hoof).
Services
Stable Lives offers skills development, psychoeducation and personal development on 5 acres in the beautiful Perth Hills - only 15 minutes from Midland. Escape to the quiet of the hills, learn how to safely interact with horses and experience their calming presence. Learn the skills and awareness to be able to make helpful choices in your life instead of simply reacting on autopilot. Then experience these skills for yourself with safe, structured experiences with horses.

The Horse Wisdom Program is an 8 session course that introduces and practices the skills to get in the driver's seat of your life.​
​
Each session consists of a discussion around an essential life skill and then a tailored experience with horses that allows for experiential learning in the development of that skill. All while connected to nature, with the calm, non judgemental feedback from our beautiful herd of 4 horses.

The Horse Wisdom Program can be done as an individual or in a small group of no more than 4 with other parents that have similar experiences to you to create that village of support for one another if you prefer.

Currently we have 3 groups and an individual offering. If you don't find a group that suits you, please contact me as I'm happy to look at making a different one if we get the numbers.
